Owner, Managing Director & Brand and Packaging Architect
Cory leads UPPR with a focus on clarity, structure, and long-term thinking. He works closely with founders to shape brands, packaging systems, and product experiences that are not only visually strong, but commercially and operationally sound.
With over a decade of experience across branding, packaging, and product development, Cory’s background began in the wine industry, where he developed a deep understanding of how storytelling, design, and real-world constraints intersect. That foundation continues to inform his approach today — helping clients build products that stand up on shelf, online, and at scale.
Cory is known for his considered, practical approach and his ability to simplify complex decisions, giving founders confidence in what to do next and why it matters.

Client & Operations Coordinator
Ella plays a central role in keeping UPPR running smoothly. She supports clients across enquiries, coordination, and ongoing communication, while also managing the operational details that keep projects, people, and processes aligned.
With a background in industrial and organisational psychology and experience across HR, community management, and operations, Ella brings a calm, people-focused approach to her work. She supports invoicing and bookkeeping processes, client troubleshooting, project coordination, and internal organisation — helping ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Ella is known for her efficiency, reliability, and strong communication skills. She acts as a steady point of contact for both clients and the team, helping projects progress with clarity, responsiveness, and care.

Owner & Strategic Advisor
Yusuke is an owner and strategic advisor at UPPR, bringing over two decades of experience building, acquiring, growing, and exiting businesses across multiple industries.
He originally founded and led the business now known as UPPR (formerly Unleashing Potential) in 2008, growing it over more than 16 years into a profitable, long-standing operation. That history forms the foundation of UPPR today — combining proven commercial experience with a renewed focus on clarity, structure, and modern growth.
Alongside his role at UPPR, Yusuke operates his own ventures across e-commerce and business brokerage. His experience spans business growth strategy, sales, and remote-first operations, with a strong focus on helping founders build businesses that support freedom, flexibility, and long-term wealth.
At UPPR, Yusuke brings a long-term, owner-level perspective shaped by years of building and scaling businesses. His experience supports thoughtful discussion around growth, opportunity, and sustainability as the business continues to evolve.

Packaging & Operations Coordinator
Jess supports UPPR clients across packaging, project coordination, and day-to-day delivery. She helps keep work moving smoothly by connecting client needs, supplier requirements, and internal workflows — ensuring projects stay organised and on track.
With a background spanning customer service, operations, and hands-on business environments, Jess brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset to every project. She supports packaging research, supplier communication, documentation, and broader studio needs, adapting where required to maintain clarity and momentum.
